Help re-ordering product

I have a few orders for one particular product that I chose e-packet shipment from the supplier.

The supplier than messaged me saying they cannot do e-packet anymore, they need to do ali express standard shipping.

I have cancelled the order, now how do I re-order the product, as the customer has already paid?

Is there someway to re-order it simply?

Hyde here. That's a great question!

Once the AliExpress order is canceled, you could delete the order number from Oberlo dashboard via the “Delete AliExpress order number” button.

If you've canceled the AliExpress order because the supplier cannot do ePacket shipping and you want to use epacket, you would have to find the same product in another supplier’s store.

Once you've found it, you will need to override the old product in Oberlo with the new product. Here's how. And then you have to create a draft order to send to the customer. If the customer has already paid, simply mark the draft order as "paid".
