How do I contact Shopify Payments?
My client paid the article but on my website it tells me, even after more then a week that the payment has not been received yet. "
Payment is pending" A €98,65 EUR payment is pending on iDEAL.

But from our customer we get a copy from his bank that it has been paid.
My shop is based in The Netherlands.
How do I rectify this payment from Shopify ?
