How can I contact Shopify Payments

How do I contact Shopify Payments?

My client paid the article but on my website it tells me, even after more then a week that the payment has not been received yet. "

Payment is pending"  A €98,65 EUR payment is pending on iDEAL.

Amount: €98,65

Gateway: Shopify Payments

Status: failure

Typesale: CreatedSep 5, 2020, 2:05 pm

But from our customer we get a copy from his bank that it has been paid.

My shop is based in The Netherlands. 

 

How do I rectify this payment from Shopify ?

Our payments team cannot be contacted directly. If you need assistance, you can reach out to our 24/7 support here and they will escalate your issue to our payments team! 

With that said, I can certainly look into your account and loop in our payments team if it's necessary. 

I've sent you an email with the subject line "Shopify Support - Shopify Payments". Please response there with your .myshopify.com URL for verification purposes. Once I hear back from you  I can look into your store right away.
