Hello,

how can I hold back the order confirmation mail for orders with high risk and send it manually after checking the risk assessment?

I seem to find no answer to this question in the forums. All I get are apps that automatically cancel orders after the confirmation has already been sent. But at this point the damage to our business is already done.

Background: We sell digital downloads and the links are provided to the customer in the order confirmation email. After three weeks of business activity, we are confronted with the first five chargebacks, and I would like to have the option of sending the order confirmation mail manually for medium and high risk orders.

Thank you!
