Having someone entering Shipping Weight manually on thousands of products seems unreasonable.
Is this one of those things someone is supposed to sell me something in order that I can Export with ALL fields? Specifically Weight.
Any advice would be appreciated. I just want to collect Shipping Weight from the old store and put it into the CSV or the new store.
Why would this be excluded? I see posts going back to 2013 complaining about this issue. Does it still remain?
