I have set up Amazon to fulfill orders. I can see the orders being sent by Amazon, but my customers are not receiving an email with the shipping confirmation/tracking number. This was working fine when I was using Fulfillrite. How can I get the shipping emails to go out?
If you're using an app, they can make that happen for you.
If you're manually requesting the orders, then I think you can select a box to notify the customer (I haven't done it manually in a year but it used to work like that).
