I close my store last month and I just realize that I was charge on march, 8th my monthly fee. I closed around the week later and I had no refund for the unuse part of the month and still I had instantly no access to my store. So why is it that I couldn't have access even still I had pay for it? Is it possible for me to have a partly refund of the month because I couldn't acces the service I paid for?
This may have been if there was a pre-existing invoice or any additional app charges that were already generated. But if you would like, I can take a closer look at this for you. Similar to the above, I will need to verify your account.

Yes, closing your store can all be done within your store admin by yourself. That guide shows you how to do this but I will also list the steps for you below.
Please help me close my account and get a refund, I was billed on the 27 of July, after I stopped working on the store and have no intentions on using it. Please assist. my email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
If I can't get a refund can the payment be used for a different account instead: www.envy.afrca
$38.97 was taken out of my bank account on sept 25 for my monthly plan. My website has been currently down for these past days so i have decided to cancel my account. i realized my account has been down for to long and that no one was going to fix the problem. i have screen shots of everything if you would like to see them. so may i have my refund because i am veryy upset.
Similarly to the above, I would need you to ensure that your store is fully closed, then once that is confirmed, I may then be able to see if any refunds are possible for you.
These would have to be charges within the past 30 days, but all domain charges are non-refundable, and third-party apps would need approval by their respective developers.
Let me know once your store is closed, and I will proceed with the next step to assist you with this!
