So just to confirm, you have closed your store already? Refunds can only be processed once a store is closed and meet a certain level of requirements. We can also only assist with your monthly subscription, as any domain charges are considered a once-off as your domain is active for one year. Additionally, any third-party apps would need to have the approval of the app developers.
