I close my store last month and I just realize that I was charge on march, 8th my monthly fee. I closed around the week later and I had no refund for the unuse part of the month and still I had instantly no access to my store. So why is it that I couldn't have access even still I had pay for it? Is it possible for me to have a partly refund of the month because I couldn't acces the service I paid for?
This may have been if there was a pre-existing invoice or any additional app charges that were already generated. But if you would like, I can take a closer look at this for you. Similar to the above, I will need to verify your account.

Yes, closing your store can all be done within your store admin by yourself. That guide shows you how to do this but I will also list the steps for you below.
