I'm having orders fulfilled by Amazon FBA. On a couple of occasions now, the fulfilment submission has failed. ("Fulfillment of 1 item via Amazon Marketplace Web failed.") I don't tend to check-in all the time on Shopify and orders (that's the point of automation, no?) and I only noticed one of these a few days after the customer placed the order. Understandably, the customer cancelled the order once I informed them of the issue.
My question - is there anyone to send an email notification when an order fails for any reason? This seems like such a massive oversight on Shopify's part. Any errors with an order, including fulfilment are important and urgent for a business owner so being able to be notified is super important.
