Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi there,
I’m closing my store and have an outstanding balance to some customers.
Problem is I don’t have any coverage on my shopify account.
how do I pay The balance ?

You can use the refund feature in Shopify in order to push a refund to the customer in question. We have a step-by-step guide here that shows you how to perform a refund. This will require that your account is activated and not canceled though. If the account is cancelled, you would need to either reactivate the store or refund the customer by means outside of the Shopify platform.

Hi there
my account is not closed yet, I have already went to refund my customers and they have received an e-mail with The information - but I dont have any more sales, so there is no money to be given to The customer.
how do I put money into The shopify account so that my customers get The money? Currently there refunds says pending
