How to make an invoice/packing slip to have the items listed in alphabetical & numerical order?

We use the Order Printer app from Shopify - is there a way to have an invoice/packing slip to have items listed in alphabetical & numerical order for each category of item (e.g. shirts = category, shoes = category)?

Hire a developer. We used Giselle. Very reasonable rates and super quick on this fix. We grouped by vendors in a specific order and changed formatting for our picking team preferences.
