So sorry to hear you are having trouble getting your order. Shopify is the platform many shops use to build their website, we don’t actually manage inventory or ship orders from here ourselves. We do however have a detailed FAQ here to help you with the next steps. At this stage, if you have not gotten a response from the merchant, I would suggest reaching out to your bank. They have processes in place for these types of situations and will be able to help you retrieve your funds, so it's definitely worthwhile having a chat with them.
