I'm here to help, and thanks for confirming that you have already followed the steps in the Help Doc in order to be able to use the Local Pickup feature!
If you are still not seeing it on your Shipping settings page when going to ‘Settings > Shipping and Delivery’ like below, then I am happy to take a look at your account to see how we can get it enabled for you.
