I just signed up yesterday.
Added the Amazon channel.
I'm in the free trial period. Orders are flowing in.
I purchased one shipping label, but upon purchasing the 2nd, I get error:
"Your shop cannot purchase shipping labels. Please contact email@example.com to resolve this issue."
I've sent an email to that address, but haven't heard back.
Anyone know how to resolve this?

This sounds as though a setting could be out of place in Settings> Shipping. Or there may be an error matching up your address to your admin. I would recommend reaching out to our support directly so we can dive into the issue pertaining to your shop specifically, as this isn't a normal function or issue!
