ID verification / payments on hold

This has now been ongoing for a month, no payments have been made since 21st October because of a request to identify my business. I uploaded countless documents, updated my address several times, spoke to the Chat people twice and nothing, except my case is being handled further up the channel by the 'accounts' team. 

No emails yet to resolve this and in the meantime, Shopify are holding over £3k worth of money. 

Anyone else has had this issue AND has had a resolve?
