I have linked my Shopify to Linnwork. Whenever the order is fulfilled, Linnwork will update the order on Shopify. However, when the user click the tracking code (for myHermes courier service), it will direct to Canada courier service website, instead of myHermes.
Anyone can solve this for me please?
Since you are using a Linnwork to update order on Shopify, you should make sure that "carrier_company" field is updated by the software. If it is not updated, then Shopify algorithms kick in and it tries to identify the tracking number. As a result sometimes, there is a mistake and hence myHermes is taken as Canada Post.
To correct this, you can use a solution like Shipment tracking & notify app that updates the field carrier_company correctly and hence there does not arise a problem.
