Incorrect amount of payment processed. Multiplied by 100

Hi, I’m on the final phase of launching my online store and I had faced the above mentioned issue, which is the amount will be multiplied by 100 upon the payment process using credit cards.

I’m using a third part payment provider gateway “”. And my store theme is a paid theme “Context”. The currency default I’m using is BHD “Bahrain Dinar”

The amount was ok on the website, cart as well as the checkout. But it was wrong on the statement message received and on the third party provider statement. As shown below.

I had contacted the payment provider and responded that, it could be an issue with decimals of the BHD amount which Shopify could fix it.

So, I need your assistance solving this issue ASAP please.
