Incorrect credit card information shows for customer placing order

Hello, I just received an email from a customer advising that a credit card number different from theirs popped into the field as they were placing their order. This is a very serious security concern. I am no longer able to contact shopify via telephone. I may switch to another platform if they are not willing to provide necessary telephone support for their paying customers

Has anyone else had this concern?
