Hi -- When a customer orders from outside the US, we manually set up the order in Shopify to include a custom shipping charge. We then email the Shopify invoice to the customer, which they can pay via credit card.
This has worked fine in the past, but customers have told us on several recent occasions that when they click on "Complete Your Order," they get a screen that requires them to re-enter their shipping and billing addresses before they get to the Payment section. This shipping screen won't allow them to select any country other than USA. If we have already set up the invoice, including the shipping and billing addresses, why doesn't the "Complete Your Order" link take a customer directly to the Payment screen? Is there a way to modify this?
