International Return Label

Hi there - 

I am looking to create a return label for an international customer. When I go to do so Shopify says that "return labels are unavailable for international customers". Is there a workaround or app you can suggest to create a prepaid shipping label for the customer?

Or what do you recommend suggesting to the customer?
