Invoice for re-introducing products, where ?

A few weeks ago all of our products from the store suddenly disappeared. It was a Shopify mistake.

We are slowly bringing our products back. It took a long time - about 20 job times. We have issued an invoice for these 20 hours of work to the Shopify. Where Can we send this invoice ? Which department, email address ?

This is how shopify works ! As usual, big problem, shopify knows nothing, no response. No aswer to my email, no answer on the  Shopify Community. This is a model of approach to the client: What will you do to us ? Good luck! Perfect service. Now shopify will talk with my lawyer. I've had enough !
