Issue with “payment declined” from customer

I’ve been trying to troubleshoot a customer who is hitting a “card decline” error on checkout. Using Shopify payments in this case. Been helping troubleshoot by making sure billing and shipping addresses match etc, but cannot for the life of me on my end figure out how to help the customer reach successful checkout without a card decline error.

This just happened with me! She tried paying multiple times with 2 different credit cards and they both got declined. She called her bank and they are fine. I found the order in Abandoned Carts and it just says "declined".... no more information

HELP!
