Item Returned, New Shipping Label?

Hi everyone, I had a customer input the wrong address into their shipping for their order, so the item came back to me. They still want it, but since the order is archived I can't buy/print a new shipping label for the same order with the new address. How would I go about just getting a new label so that I can just resend this order out to the customer?

In this case, you'll need to duplicate your order and update the shipping address for the customer's correct address. You can duplicate the order by going to the order page within your admin and selecting More actions > Duplicate order:



Since you likely aren't charging the customer again, you can add a discount here. You can also include the cost of the shipping label here if you would like to charge the customer for the new delivery cost. 



At that point, you can edit the customer's shipping address and mark the order as paid. You can then proceed to purchase and ship the order as normal.
