Hi, @panyongjie.

I have just resent the email to the email address attached to your forums account. Sometimes smtp@shopify.com and mailer@shopify.com need to be whitelisted to ensure emails are coming through correctly on your email account so be sure to check that out and don't forget to check your spam/junk folders.

Once I receive a reply to that email then I can continue helping you out.
