PSD2 (the latest iteration of 3D Secure) is becoming a requirement to accept payments in Europe. It will not be possible to accept payments in Europe without PSD2 enabled. Shopify has therefore allowed many of its third party payment gateways to integrate with a PSD2 provider, Cardinal Commerce.
However, the link to sign up for Cardinal Commerce is not working. I have contacted Cardinal Commerce via their web form and email and received no response. This means I will be unable to accept payments in Europe (where 100% of our customers are based) via our chosen payment gateway. Shopify Payments is not an option due to the products we sell.
The link takes me to this URL where I get the below error message.
Has anyone else had the same issue and managed to overcome it?
Can anyone at Shopify escalate this with the appropriate person within Cardinal? Shopify and Cardinal clearly have some sort of relationship as Shopify integrates with them via their API and probably earns commission for referring users to them.
