MISSING CUSTOMER PAYMENT

Hoping somebody can assist with a missing customer payment. This order is showing as having been paid with PayPal Express Checkout on May 4th 2020. However, this is not showing on either my Shopify payout statement or in my PayPal account. My PayPal account shows transactions made through them more recently so I cannot believe this is due to the charge not being processed yet?! Really confused as to where this payment could have gone and who to contact to resolve this as the customer does appear to have paid and we have already sent them the product?!
