Macedonia payment gateway solution

Hi,

can someone help me with payment gateway for Macedonia for local currency (Macedonian den)? I tried with 2Checkout, pass whole process, get Contract but at the end they told me "Macedonian currency isn't supported".
Do you have some other payment gateway (credit cards - visa, maestro, mastercard...)?
