Made my first sale, can't link paypal account to shopify to receive the payment

I made my first sale a couple of days ago, followed PayPal's instructions by mail to open a business account, then spoke to a Shopify rep and tried to follow all her steps but to no avail. 

I tried deactivating and activating the account, giving permission to PayPal for connection, but all it does is to redirect me back to Shopify without linking the accounts.

I tried to do it through different browsers, incognito mode, from my phone, removing API credentials from PayPal and then adding them again... and nothing.

Is there a way to let a Shopify IT staff take control of my computer and solve this? Or else to guide me further? Don't know what to do.
