MasterCard Data Integrity reporting Failed Edit 21

Our gateway provider is giving us this error basically stating that our subscription/monthly billed customers stored/CoF are not passing the updated MasterCard Data Integrity fields via the API.

MasterCard requires POS entry mode= 10 (credential-on-file) to be sent for transactions identified as recurring.

Any pointer on where I can manage this?

This is an accepted solution.

Update: Not a Shopify proper issue.

It's an issue with our recurring billing app within Shopify
