I wonder if anyone can help with this issue that we have seen today.
We have a single missing order number in our store, I want to check that we haven't somehow missed a customer order (#1661).
The order in grey is a gift card, so it was auto-fulfilled. I have read that the missing one could be an abandoned checkout, but I can see loads of those listed in the Abandoned Checkouts section, and we have only 1 missing order number.
We use the Parcelify app for shipping rates, if that's relevant.
