Your payment could not be processed at this time, please try again in a few minutes. This error appears when you try to pay for a test product for $ 1. What to do about it? And why does this error appear?

I understand you're trying to complete a test order and are running into some troubles. I'm happy to help out with this! In order to assist, I'll need to get some more information first on what's going on here. Could you please reply back here and provide some additional information on this situation? Here is what I need to know: 

  • What payment processor are you using? 
  • Have you been able to successfully process a transaction in the past? 
  • Is your shop on a paid plan?

2. This is a new store and hasn't made payments yet

3. Maximum tariff.

 

I am trying to make the payment through the Mastercard of the Russian Bank.

Thank you for getting back to me with that information. Moving forward, could you please complete the following: 

  • Reply here and send a screenshot of the error message you get when trying to complete a payment.
  • Activate Test Mode on Shopify Payments and try making a test purchase using the simulated credit card information here. Let me know if the issue persists with Test Mode enabled.
