My Shopify store is entirely set in French, yet the store receipts are in English

I can't find in the settings how to change the clients' receipts. All my store settings are set to French, yet the recepts are in English. How do I change this?

There is this link https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/sell-in-person/pos-classic/setup/receipts/customize-receipts that shows how to customize the receipts. But I don't have the option as suggested on this page so customize receipts.
