Need help with returns

Hi everyone, I have had a return request today. The customer has placed two orders today. How do I know which order it concerns? and whether it is not both orders. (both orders are not fulfilled yet)

Hey Joey07,

Could you please ask your customer of the order number they want a return on?

It can be easily found both in the title and the content of the order confirmation email they have received after placing the order.

Then, in your admin panel, you will be able to easily find the order in 'Orders' using the number they tell you, as a reference.
