No SMS shipping update

Hi, my order was fulfilled by Dsers. But there is no SMS shipping update on my shopify order. I've already activated "fulfillment notification email sent by Shopify" at Dsers.

How can I send a shipping update to my customer via SMS? There is no button is the order timeline. Thanks.

In your Checkout settings in the admin, look for it in the Customer Contact section...
