I just went live with my store this week after migrating from Volusion. One of my customers sent me this screen grab showing that my store only offers USPS Priority Express on the item he wants to purchase. He is using Apple Pay, which is available to me via Shopify Payments on my Advance plan (Apple Pay is brand new to me).
I have both USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express enabled for all customers, and every other customer who has also purchased this same product was given the option for the lower rate (which they all selected).
Is there something with Apple Pay that is prohibiting this customer from seeing all available shipping rates in the US?
