I've the same issue with my account niagaracosmetic.myshopify.com is currently unavailable.

 

What can i do? i contacted the support but no help..my account was in fine status no issues no delay in monthly plan no charge backs ..nothing at all!

 

Kindly help to solve the issue. i've pending customers orders and pending payouts.

I can see that our staff member Rose replied to you yesterday on this thread and advised that you have received an email with all the context regarding the closure of your store. If you have any further questions about the closure of your account, I suggest replying to that email directly as that team has all the relevant information that we are unable to access from our end.
