I'm dropshipping to Germany, if sellers send out the goods I get a tracking number which often corresponds to the last carrier in Germany, and not the first one. Therefore customers can't track the shipment immediately.
Also the automatic tracking link in the "shipping started" mail often leads to the wrong carrier. How can I change that? For example making the number in the mail a non hyperlinked number?
And do you have other advice? Many customers send me a message because order tracking doesn't work for many days.
