Hello i have the correct information for my bank but payout isnt working its asking to enter old account and routing number but its all the same theres no new account or routing number how can i go around that ?

Hi @Kushbeautiies,

From what you've mentioned, it sounds like something might not be correct with the details. Could you double-check them and try entering the details again please? If you get an error of any kind, can you let me know and screenshot the error (removing any sensitive/private details).

Theres no way to double check and reenter its saying that i have to enter
my "old account" then enter the "new" one everything IS correct and i know
this because i entered my same bank account information on both new and old
when it asked for it but it said that it cant be used because that was the
old account information my bank is very active and the problem is with
shopify ive been waiting over a week to hear back from support so they can
go into my account and fix this i waisted 29 dollars i cant even resume
selling because i wont be able to get paid.

We set up payments to go to bank account (let's call it account #1) received notice that payouts were failing - so switched to different bank account (account #2).  But then credits DID end up showing up with account #1.  I'd like to switch back to account #1, but I get the message that I can't, because payouts had previously failed.  Can I get someone to look into this?  THANK YOU!!
