PAYPAL is a nightmare for us
- They charge 3,4% fees despite we have +30k payments a month - We asked them to check our account more than 10 times in the last 6 months without any response.
- We had 4 claims on the last 2000 transactions. They now charge us 15USD for each claim ! and never read our proofs of delivery (with signature) and refund the customers.
- They never never never answer our message in the resolution center. Sometimes they answer our messages on the social networks with a lot of promises without any action.
2 solutions for us now
- Charging PP fees to the customers in the check out (I think we can't mod the shopify check out)
- Don't show PP button in our check out anymore
