How can I add a 'Pay Now' option for selected products in my online store?

I want to add a 'Pay now' option for products that I have selected can be paid later. Currently it's just via email invoice - is there a way to add this feature? If so, how? Currently using: https://apps.shopify.com/sales-rep-order-form-commissions
