I have a customer who originally choose to pay by cash COD and decided afterwards he wanted to pay by credit card in installments.
In Shopify app, in my order, i chose "Collect Payment" then instead of choosing "Mark as paid" i chose "send an invoice" (pay by credit card opens up but does not give the customer chance to pay in installments).
Customer now receives an invoice with a blue "pay Now" button, which, brings me an error page "There was a problem loading this website"
I somehow am missing something in the configuration of my checkout or payment option but do not what to do to fix.
Can anyone help?
We have the same problem. It started in late November and we've seen it occur about 10 times since.
To assist customers facing this issue we need to call them and get credit card information over the phone and instead of "send invoice", we choose "Pay with credit card" and enter it manually.
