Great question! You will, of course, be able to see the shipping address as normal in your Shopify admin under 'orders' as Paypal will push all the information back to us. You can certainly do a test transaction on your own store, just pop through the payment (even create a discount code for yourself if you'd like} and then when it all goes through and you are happy with the process, you can just cancel and refund your own order. It is the best way to get to know how the whole transaction looks like for your customer and see if everything is working smoothly.
