PayPal payment capture

Hello, a customer made the first PayPal purchase on my store and at the time I did have my PayPal account set up yet. I followed all instructions to set up the account and have on automatic capture, however it says the payment is still pending. It also states if payment not captured in 29 days money will be refunded. What should I do? Should I contact PayPal?

That is a really great question. When it comes to issues with a third-party payment gateway not capturing a payment it is always best to reach out to the payment gateway directly as Shopify's support team would not have the relevant access to PayPal's backend to force capture that payment. You can reach out to PayPal's support here.
