PayPal payment help - cannot locate payment

hello

new account, i have linked my paypal account (i only have one account) to my shopify. someone has paid via paypal but i cannot capture the payment and it does not show up in my account. 

there has been another order since, and that worked immediately. it is the first one i am having trouble receiving. 

are there any suggestions how to fix this?
