Payment Configuration for paypal doesn't work

I can not ad my paypal account in the payment settings. I am just forwarded to paypal login and then I just see the normal paypal dashboard.
Can anyone help with this?

Hello, 

i have the same issue.

Yesterday i talked with the shopify support and they told me that this is a problem of PayPal or Shopify.

They still work on it do fix the problem.
