Payment issues

My first purchaser use PayPal to make a purchase and payment states pending it’s been almost 4 days now and I haven’t received my payment. I linked my personal PayPal to a business account with two different emails. To add insult to injury I manually selected “paid” but have still not received my payment. After that I made a business account under the same email as my Shopify. I am confused and need help please help
