Payment reminder

Hi, 

I'd like to automatically send payment reminder mails to customers who haven't paid 7 days after their order.

And I'd also like to automatically cancel the order, if a customer still hasn't paid after another 7 days. 

Is this possible without an app? If not: which app can do this?

No - customer eventually went back weeks later and placed an order with no
problem
