There is a red message on my shopify dashboard that reads
"Your Shopify Payments account is on hold
I had received an email telling me that it was because I had a higher level of chargebacks than normal and that I should implement some things to my checkout & Store to fix this.
I had done this on the day of asking and have yet to receive a reply by the person responsible for lifting the hold and it’s been almost a week, I had contacted support multiple times yet i always get the same answer, even being told once that if I change to a different payment provider than Shopify payments I Could lose the payouts due to me, Really frustrating.
Could someone else be assigned to my case, as the current person seems to be taking forever to simply reply for something so straightforward
