Payments on hold for 90 days

My store payments have been put in reserve for 90 days!

I have provided all information to Shopify team they have asked for. They are asking for my LTD company number but I am acting as a Sole Trader and they can’t seem to accept this is how I wish to run my business.

They have help nearly £16,000 now and also have not replied to my last four emails. This has now put me out of business as I have no cash flow!!

Why can this happen??
