Payout Failure - couldn't connect with my bank account

I've tried to connect shopify payment with my Hong Kong bank account for payout, however, it's still not success no matter how many times i tried. I even contacted my bank many times to make sure the bank code and branch code is correct. My back account accept HKD and USD currency and I have already chose HKD as the payout currency, but still not success. As i have been stuck in this issue for a super long time, can anyone help me on this issue?

Hey, @Kennis!

I'm sorry to hear that, I'd like to look into this further for you now. If you are seeing there are failed payouts, it may be because you've entered your bank account details incorrectly (typos are common here!) when you were setting up your Shopify Payments account. If there is a digit or two incorrectly added, the payouts will fail and you will be asked to update your account details. It can be difficult to then enter the correct details if you're not sure what you initially entered by mistake, as we cannot show the old bank details for security reasons.
